The agreement is made with Westengen Studio, by Markus Westengen. All contact about an order goes to the e-mail address below.

What is delivered
You get the package exactly as it stands on the pricing page at the moment you order: the package you chose, the options you chose and any monthly price. The order is the agreement, and a later change to the price list does not apply to it.
This is included with every website, subscription and system:
- Visible on Google (search engine optimised)
- Protected against common attacks
- You edit the content yourself
- As good on mobile as on desktop
- Readable for everyone, screen readers included
- Hosting included
- An NFC card for Google reviews is included
Payment
One-off purchase: 50 % of the one-off sum is paid on ordering, and the remaining 50 % on delivery.
Subscription: 3 months are paid on ordering, and one month at a time is invoiced after that.
A scoping review is paid in full on ordering.

Monthly amounts are invoiced.
Getting started
Building starts once the deposit is paid and you have supplied text, images and the access that is needed.
Ownership of the code
If you buy the package, the code is yours from delivery.
On a subscription, the code is yours after 12 paid months.
If you want to own it before that, you buy it out: the ordinary one-off price for the package, multiplied by the number of months remaining of the 12, divided by 12.
Cancellation
There is no lock-in.
Maintenance, and a subscription, can be cancelled whenever you want. The cancellation takes effect from the following month.
Refunds
If the work has not started, the deposit is refunded in full.
If the work has started, work already done is not refunded.
Liability
The delivery is tested before it is handed over.
Westengen Studio is not liable for losses that follow from the content you supply yourself, or from third-party services you choose yourself.

Governing law
Norwegian law applies to the agreement.
